When McDonald’s launched their new smoothies in 2012, the studio was presented with two concepts to carry through to visual reality. This project was a good example of the studio’s creative problem solving abilities as we were tasked with finding a solution to present the new menu item nestled within the banana peel to carry through the “fresh” concept. It was a great shoot and fun team collaboration that included (among several others) a technical advisor from McDonald’s corporate. Thanks to McDonald’s and Lavidge Advertising for the opportunity. These concepts are still seen in circulation on regional billboards.
